Onboarding for protected land: a trenching operation near historic sites.

Alchemy Works is currently leading onboarding and training for employees working on a fire suppression trench installation at a historic site in a wildfire-prone area. The program covers site safety and OSHA compliance, protected land regulations and artifact-discovery protocols, coordination with cultural resources monitors, and emergency procedures for wildfire proximity.
