How we help
Six service pillars. One integrated foundation.
Every service we offer is designed to work together, building the operational backbone your business needs to grow, compete, and win.
01
Operations
Workflows, decision structures, and management systems that turn good intentions into consistent results.
02
Training
Performance-based learning programs built around how your people actually work — designed to change behavior, not just check a box.
03
Onboarding
First impressions set the tone. We get new employees aligned, informed, and ready to contribute from day one.
04
Safety
Workplace safety built into how work is designed — from OSHA compliance to site-specific hazard programs.
05
Compliance & Advisory
Independent audits and ongoing advisory support that give you clear visibility into how your systems actually perform.
06
Government Contracting
From SAM.gov setup to bid strategy — we open doors most small businesses don't know are open to them.

Meet our founder
Built from experience. Driven by purpose.
Teresa Yslas Beardsley started this work in the middle of a crisis — helping Hollywood productions navigate Covid protocols and get back to work safely. What she discovered was a gap that existed far beyond a single industry.
Small businesses everywhere were operating without the systems they needed — improvising under pressure, struggling with compliance, and missing out on opportunities reserved for those with the right structure in place.
“Safety is something we build together — one person, one policy, one shift at a time.”
— Teresa Yslas Beardsley, Founder & CEO
