Sean Akers
Chief Learning Officer & Co-Founder
Two decades in film, television, education, and digital media. Leads all learning experience design at Alchemy Works, turning expert insight into training that's clear, accessible, and built to change behavior.
Christine Law
Chief Financial Officer
Opened her first consultancy in 1987. Decades of experience in Fortune 500 technical transformations, digital media, and financial strategy. Believes creativity is a strategic imperative.

Director of Operations
Background in film, television, and music production. Manages logistics, client relationships, and project execution with steadiness, clarity, and a genuine commitment to getting it right.
Zane Foley
Marketing Communications Specialist
Storyteller and brand communicator with a background in marketing, writing, and community engagement. Crafts messaging that feels real, rooted, and human.
Dave Robkin
Program Manager
Veteran of Hollywood's behind-the-scenes world. Keeps operations moving smoothly through payroll, scheduling, HR compliance, and program coordination. Restores vintage motorcycles and rescues Pit Bulls in his spare time.

Senior Associate
Career in manufacturing, event construction, safety, and safety education. Original member of the Event Safety Alliance. Teaches health, safety, and operational courses at UC San Diego.
