She is a volunteer board member serving the Event Safety Alliance focusing on uniting the events industry and building community around safety culture. Teresa is a founding board member and treasurer for GenderLabs focused on the health and wellness in the LGBTQIA+ community – with a special focus on trans/non-binary/intersex healthcare. She is in hot pursuit of her JD at Purdue Global University.

Driven by a fervent belief in the power of collective action, Teresa is dedicated to empowering organizations to foster envrionments where everyone can thrive.  With a passion for cultivating spaces that celebrate differences and honor each unique voice, Teresa is committed to dismantling barriers and paving the way for a more inclusive future.
