This course covers critical techniques in evidence collection, root cause analysis, and report generation, empowering teams to identify underlying issues, prevent future occurrences, and improve safety and operational efficiency. Through real-world case studies and scenarios, participants will learn how to approach investigations with a systematic, analytical mindset, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in every step of the process. By the end of the training, participants will have the confidence and expertise to conduct detailed, objective incident investigations that drive continuous improvement in their organization.

This course satisfies the regulatory requirement(s).
