Through a blend of real-world scenarios, leadership theory, and group discussion, the course balances interpersonal dynamics with system-level strategies. Key topics include modeling safety behavior, establishing psychological safety, navigating authority structures, and leading under pressure. Designed for both current and aspiring leaders, this session challenges assumptions and equips participants to lead with clarity, confidence, and care.
