Course Description
This interactive workshop explores how safety culture is formed, challenged, and sustained within creative environments. Blending practical tools with reflective dialogue, participants will examine how individual behaviors, team dynamics, and organizational practices contribute to a culture of safety, or undermine it. Using real-world examples and scenario-based discussions, the session invites participants to question assumptions, align values, and embed safety more naturally into the creative process. It is designed to support both operational excellence and artistic freedom.

- Define what safety culture means within creative and production environments.
- Identify how individual behaviors, communication patterns, and team structures influence safety outcomes.
- Recognize barriers to safety engagement, including fear, hierarchy, and cultural norms.

Compliance and Certification Requirements
This course is delivered as a 3-hour interactive workshop, available in-person or virtually. The format allows for group dialogue, scenario work, and applied reflection while remaining accessible within a production or academic schedule.

No prior safety knowledge is required.
