This interactive course introduces the foundational concepts of mental health first aid, tailored specifically for the unique environments and pressures of the entertainment industry. Drawing from established MHFA practices and real-world entertainment experiences, participants will learn how to recognize early signs of mental distress, offer initial support to colleagues, and connect individuals to appropriate resources. Through a combination of discussion, scenario work, and applied strategies, this course helps entertainment workers respond confidently and compassionately to mental health challenges on and off the job.
