WHY THIS MISSION IS PERSONAL

I’ve spent over a decade in operations — navigating overlapping systems, shifting policies, and teams working across languages, jurisdictions, and expectations. I’ve seen how easily safety can fall through the cracks when training doesn’t reflect the people doing the work.

When there are gaps, people get hurt. Projects stall. Trust fades. Communities pay the price.

I started Safety Compliance Services to close those gaps — with training, planning, and support that’s grounded in real operations and built for how people actually work. Our work sits at the intersection of labor, culture, and compliance — where clarity and care can make all the difference.

This isn’t just about checking boxes. It’s about protecting people, honoring the work they do, and creating systems that hold.

Because safety is something we build together — one person, one policy, one shift at a time.

Dave Robkin
Program Manager
Dave comes to SCS after a colorful career supporting the seedy underbelly of Hollywood. When heavy things needed lifting, electricity needed connecting, or noises needed making, Dave helped. After a while he taught others how to do these things, then he opened a brewery to help people relax. Dave’s current position with SCS is making sure that the machinery moves smoothly and that everyone gets what they deserve. (That means payroll, scheduling forms and HR compliance, not ominous threats from shadowy figures in smoky speakeasies from black and white movies). In his free time Dave tries to restore vintage motorcycles and rescues Pit Bulls.

Our commitment to excellence.

Our clients hold themselves to high standards and we match that commitment in everything we build. Every course, plan, and tool is created with precision, care, and a deep respect for the people doing the work.
