As Director of Strategic Communications & Public Relations at Three Six Zero Industries, she blends creativity with data-driven strategy to elevate brands, engage audiences, and deliver measurable results.
With experience across engineering, tourism, education, and corporate sectors, Olivia has led campaigns that drive growth, boost visibility, and build lasting connections. Whether developing communication strategies, crafting digital content, or managing multi-platform campaigns, she’s known for her collaborative approach and ability to turn ideas into action.
Olivia holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Louisiana State University and her master’s in mass communication from the University of Florida. Actively involved in professional organizations, Olivia serves on the board for Central Chapter of the Public Relations Association of Louisiana. She is actively engaged in her local community working with local non-profits such as Hogs for the Cause and Raintree Children and Family Services. She’s an experienced communicator and has been recognized for excellence in digital communications and fundraising initiatives.

Aholibama Castañeda González
Cultural Strategy & Safety Consultant | Spanish-Language Services

Aholibama Castañeda González (they/them) is a dynamic leader in technical production, safety management, and performing arts operations with over 17 years of experience across Mexico and the United States. Currently serving as Director of Production at Ballet Hispánico in New York City, they oversee all technical and logistical aspects of performances, tours, and special events, while ensuring regulatory compliance and cultivating a safe, efficient environment for artists and staff.
A graduate of the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale University with an MFA in Technical Design & Production, Aholibama has held pivotal roles at institutions such as Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the Fisher Center at Bard College, Mexico’s National Theater Coordination and International Cervantino Festival. Their career spans a rich array of leadership in production management, from overseeing multi-stage outdoor festivals and national tours to managing teams of over 100 technicians.
Their work is grounded in equity and collaboration, blending a rigorous technical foundation with a passion for artist-centered support. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Aholibama is also a certified safety professional with training in OSHA 30, SPRAT, and a paramedic degree.
They are a recipient of prestigious awards including the William J. Reynolds Award for Excellence in Theater Safety (Yale), the KM Fabrics Technical Production Award (USITT), and the Pierre-André Salim Prize (Yale), recognizing their artistry, professionalism, and enduring commitment to community and innovation in the performing arts.

Abby A. Holovach
Owner, Consultant & Trainer

Abby Holovach is a passionate Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional with diverse experience spanning environmental compliance, hazmat and waste management, emergency spill response, and regulatory program implementation. She is known for finding creative, effective ways to help organizations achieve their compliance goals and foster continual improvement.

Her career has included a range of impactful roles, including Environmental Compliance Manager for a heavy equipment dealer and fabricator, Environmental Investigator at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), EHS & Waste Director at a hazardous material response and transfer facility, and Program Manager for Spills, Tanks, and Environmental Management Systems at a joint reserve military base.

Beyond her professional work, Abby is deeply involved in the EHS community. She currently serves as the Region III North Area Director for the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), VP of Communications for the ASSP Southwest Chapter, and Assistant RVP of Communications for Region III. She is also the founder of DFW Environmental Pros, a free, no-strings-attached networking group for environmental professionals in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Bryan Huneycutt is a respected voice in the global live entertainment safety community. His background includes decades of experience in operations, incident response, and leadership development across major productions—from Disney Parks to international tours and 700,000-attendee music festivals.

He currently serves as Vice President of Operations (North America) for Halo Solutions and is the founder and principal consultant of HuneyBadger. Bryan is a board member of the Event Safety Alliance and a contributor to ESTA’s Technical Standards Program, where he advocates for clear, compassionate safety practices.
Known for his steady presence, Bryan facilitates with empathy, precision, and deep field experience. His work supports clients navigating high-stakes environments with an approach that is both strategic and human.

Betsy McDowell

With more than 27 years of experience in sales and communications, Betsy brings a dynamic blend of strategic insight, relationship-building, and creative problem-solving to every client engagement. Her career began in advertising, where she quickly stood out for her ability to translate data into high-performing campaigns for both local and national brands. Known for her skill in building lasting client partnerships and driving consistent growth, she was soon promoted to Director of Strategic Sales.
In that role, Betsy led with a people-first mindset—mentoring her team, cultivating a high-performance culture, and guiding strategy that consistently delivered results. Her journey continued as Director of Business Development at an award-winning communications and public relations agency, where she played a central role in acquiring new clients and building strategic partnerships that fueled agency growth.
Betsy’s breadth of experience gives her a keen ability to understand what clients truly need—and to craft custom strategies that help them stand out and succeed.
